Ali’s genuine concern and care of those she covers is incredibly engaging and beautiful. So often the subjects of cold cases are treated as a number or just another puzzle to solve. Not here. Ali brings her subjects to life by painting a beautiful picture of their life before death, as well as highlighting the love of those they’ve left behind. Her curiosity is exciting, and her back and forth with co-host Eli is incredibly sweet and delightful.
